We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, business details) and information you enter while using the app (transactions, receipts, categories and notes). We also collect basic usage data to improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to provide and improve the MyBookkeeping service. This includes storing your financial records, processing your subscription payments, and sending you service-related emails such as payment receipts and trial reminders.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Receipt photos are stored in private cloud storage and are only accessible by you. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment processing. You can view Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with service providers necessary to operate the application (Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payments).
6. Your Rights

7. Cookies
MyBookkeeping uses minimal cookies and local storage necessary for authentication and app functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
